To prepare for your Car Detailing Appointment, please remove any large or heavy items from your vehicle such as child seats and tires. Smaller personal items will be removed from your vehicle at the start of your service and will be placed in a small bag for later.

For mobile services, we require you to make a down payment on the website that will be deducted from the total when the service is completed. Please note that the amount you pay online is not the total amount. Those who prefer to pay cash, can book an appointment through the "Contact Us" page.

We use different products for different levels of stains. Although not all stains are removable, we can guarantee you that if we can't remove it, we can reduce it. 

The time needed to fully shampoo and detail a vehicle mainly depends on the condition, package selected and number of detailers working on your vehicle. Based on 100 cars, the average time needed to complete your car care package is 2.5 - 3 hours. 

Yes, we remove scratches and swirls. If you'd like to book an estimate, please contact us directly through either our phone number or our email. 

After contacting us and booking an appointment, our team of highly experienced detailers will visit your location with the necessary equipment to detail your car. Upon arrival we will need an electrical outlet to plug in our extension cord. After the service is done and you are satisfied with the results, you may pay through Cash or E-transfer.

Yes, you can drop off your vehicle at our location upon contact and we will give you a call when the service is completed. 

Although we do not have any hidden charges, we do charge extra for pet hair and stains that require extra work. We may also charge you a mobile fee for areas that are outside our mobile range. Our staff are instructed to notify the customer of the extra charges before the work begins. 

Yes, our products and chemicals go through a process in which they are used several times on vehicles of our own before we allow them to be used on a customer's vehicle.  All our products are properly used and diluted by our experienced staff.

The frequency of car detailing mainly depends on how often you use your vehicle. While some may need to clean their vehicles more often than others, our car detailing experts recommend a detail every 3 - 5 months.
